1. Agreement
By accessing Learner Trades you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Risk Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to access trading-education content in your jurisdiction.
3. Educational nature
All content is educational. Nothing constitutes financial, investment, legal or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
4. Subscriptions & payments
Access is sold for fixed periods (currently weekly and monthly) and is paid in USDT on the TRON (TRC20) network. Each order has a unique amount; access activates automatically when the matching on-chain transfer is confirmed. Subscriptions do not auto-renew. Because content is digital and delivered immediately, payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Payments sent on the wrong network or to the wrong address cannot be recovered by us.
5. Account
Keep your credentials confidential. Accounts are personal and may not be shared. We may suspend accounts that share, scrape or redistribute content.
6. Intellectual property
All signals, articles, designs and software are our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, republish, resell or redistribute them without written permission.
7. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, the publication of a signal on any given day, or the accuracy of third-party price data.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any trading losses, arising from use of the service.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
