Privacy Policy

What we collect

Your name, email address and a hashed password when you register; payment records (plan, amount, blockchain transaction ID and sending wallet address) when you subscribe; and standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) for security and analytics.

How we use it

To provide and secure the service, activate and manage your subscription, respond to support requests and improve the website. We do not sell personal data.

Cookies

We set a strictly necessary session cookie only when you sign in, register or use a form that needs a security token; browsing the public pages does not set it. We do not use advertising cookies. If analytics is enabled, Google Analytics may set additional cookies. Embedded TradingView widgets (live prices and charts) are third-party content and may set their own cookies or collect technical data such as your IP address; see TradingView's privacy policy.

Third parties

Market data providers (such as Binance, Yahoo Finance and gold-api.com) and the TRON blockchain explorer (TronGrid) receive technical requests from our servers but no personal data about you. TradingView widgets are loaded directly by your browser from TradingView, which therefore receives your IP address and browser details. Fonts, charts and images on our own pages are served from our own domain. Blockchain transactions are public by nature.

Retention & rights

We keep account data while your account exists and payment records as required for accounting. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing support@learnertrades.com.

Security

Passwords are hashed, connections are encrypted (HTTPS) and admin access is restricted. No system is perfectly secure; use a unique password.
